A familiar wallet-style purse with a soft leather-look finish. It can be held, opened and closed, offering a practical everyday object and contrasting surfaces to explore. Small items or cards can also be placed inside, taken out and put back.

Size: approximately 12.5 × 10 cm

Each item has been chosen with later-stage dementia particularly in mind, for qualities that may make it discoverable and invite interest, such as its texture, colour, familiarity, movement or sound. Everyone is different, so please consider the individual’s interests, abilities, preferences and circumstances when deciding whether an item is suitable, including whether support or supervision may be appropriate.
